TCS is remarkable in this regard with endowed funds to support staff development which provide over $80,000 annually. To date, these funds have helped us introduce and support a rigorous curriculum of Advanced Placement (AP) courses, while offering faculty the opportunity to seek additional qualifications or advanced degrees.
But we also know that the educational landscape is changing more quickly than ever before. Artificial intelligence (AI), social-emotional & relational learning (SERL), and diversity, equity & inclusion priorities (DEI) are just a few of the many evolving fronts of education, and we want to ensure that TCS staff remain on the leading edge of these important topics.

We will significantly enhance the School’s professional development capacity with a major investment of $2 million. This will double our current annual capacity (from $80,000 to $160,000), securing essential growth and development opportunities for TCS staff in perpetuity.
